Parklake at Varsity, Varsity Lakes

Exterior repaint of the Parklake at Varsity body corporate complex on Lakefront Crescent, Varsity Lakes, followed by internal common area painting and the front doors.

Scope: all previously painted exterior surfaces, waterproofing membrane to the entry rooftops where the paint had failed, minor building repairs, and new roof anchors installed and certified for future maintenance. Access by rope access, EWP and scaffold.

System: to Dulux specification: wash down, render repairs, spot priming, Dulux Acratex to masonry walls, Weathershield to soffits and timber, and Weathermax HBR two pack on posts and metalwork.
