Sandcastles on the Broadwater, Labrador

Full exterior repaint of a three building body corporate complex on Marine Parade, Labrador, working for the builder on the project. Access is by rope access, EWP and scaffold to suit each face.

Scope: all facades of the three buildings, balconies and patios, rendered walls, downpipes, steel posts, doors and frames, and the ground level common areas. The lightweight window mouldings are being removed and replaced with a new trim edge, and defective render is repaired before painting.

System: wash down and mould treatment, render repairs, then Emer and Dulux exterior systems to the manufacturers’ specifications.
