Carmel by the Sea, Broadbeach: Curtain Wall Sealing

Sealing of the front and rear curtain walls on the Carmel by the Sea tower on Old Burleigh Road, Broadbeach, done entirely by rope access.

Scope: remove the old applied silicone, clean every joint for adhesion, seal damaged joints between the glazing and the aluminium frames with UV resistant polyurethane, and overseal the existing glazing rubbers. Every window was numbered and photographed so the building has a record for future maintenance.
