Nirvana By The Sea, Kirra: Roof Anchor Recertification
Annual recertification of the roof anchors at Nirvana By The Sea, a two tower beachfront complex on Douglas Street, Kirra, on the southern Gold Coast.
Scope: 108 roof anchors across the two towers, tested by our rope access team over two days in August 2026. Every anchor was recorded against the roof plan with its result and photos, and the building manager had the full report the same week.
What the building gets: one report covering every anchor, the next due date for each one, and a reminder in our diary so the recertification is not missed next year.
