Camp Hill External Paint Removal and Repaint
One of the larger home renovation projects we’ve worked on in 2011 this Camp Hill Queenslander was a painter’s dream when we arrived.
With flaking, peeling and failing paint on 90% of all exterior surfaces. It was a challenge but we managed to restore the exterior surfaces to a durable and great looking state of being. The project consisted of:
- Removal of 90% of existing coating
- Collect of paint chips through sander vacuum attachement
- Planing of windows to ensure that they open and close properly
- Complete sanding of rear deck
- Staining/Varnishing of new Timber doors (front entry and dual french style doors)
- Total Preparation, including washing, and painting of exterior surfaces
- Painting of children’s cubby house

We are able to collect up to 95% of paint chips and dust from the initial bulk paint removal stage by connecting a HEPA vacuum via hose to our machines. In addition, when we lay tarps over the ground we are able to collect dramatically more dust and paint chips than previous dry sanding methods

Finished stain and varnished entry door where we believe the finish turned out very good. And next is a picture of the deck which was completely sanded and re-oiled with a water-based product which will allow yearly deck maintenance to be carried out in a single day.
